Article 25. Any person who will undergo an inspection under Article 16 paragraph 1 or 2 of the Law shall submit to the Minister of Transport or a Designated Airworthiness Inspector an application for inspection of repair or alteration (Form No. 12) together with the work plan of repair or alteration and other referential documents prior to the commencement of such work.
Article 26. The inspection of a repair station under Article 16 paragraph 1 or 2 of the Law shall be performed for the process of repair or alteration as well as the status upon completion of such work.
(Spare Parts Certification)
Article 27. The important components for ensuring safety specified in Ordinances of the Ministry of Transport under Article 17 paragraph 1 of the Law means as follows:

(4)Starter, magnet generator, airborne generator fuel pump, propeller governor, carburetter, hydraulic pump, cabin super-charger, combustion heater for de-icing, dc-icing fluid pump, air compressor, vacuum pump, inverter, landing gear, float, skii skid, constant speed drive unit for generator, water or alcohol injection pump, exhaust turbine, cabin combustion heater, rudder, elevator, aileron, flap, fuel injection pump, oil pump, cooling-liquid pump, featuring pump, fuel control unit, de-icing system controller, oxygen regulator, pressure regulator for air conditioning unit, high pressure air regulator, high pressure air controller, voltage regulator, high pressure oil regulator, high pressure oil controller, oil cooler, cooling-liquid cooler, fuel tank (except integral tank), oil tank, flight control actuator, landing gear actuator, actuator for power plant, ignition distributor, ignition exciter, engine mount, inertia navigation system and radio communication equipment (such as airborne DME equipment, automatic direction finder, VOR receiver, airborne TACAN equipment, ATC transponder, localizer receiver, glide slope receiver, marker receiver, weather radar and doppler radar. Article 28. Any person who will make an application for spare parts certification under Article 17 paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit an application for spare parts certification (Form No. 13) to the Minister of Transport.
Article 29. The inspection under the provision under Article 17 paragraph 2 of the Law shall be executed on the design, process of production, maintenance or modification and the status upon completion of maintenance or modification.
